We are an elective and diagnostic prenatal ultrasound clinic serving the Los Angeles area and surrounding cities. We offer a variety of prenatal services such as – pregnancy confirmation ultrasounds, wellness checks, gender confirmations staring at 6 weeks, genetic testing starting at 10 weeks, 3D/4D HD LIVE. If you are on bed rest or prefer to stay home, we can also come to you with our mobile ultrasound machine.
Our sonographers are educated, professionally trained and certified in Diagnostic Medical Sonography with a specialty in OB/GYN. We use state of the art technology so you can see your baby more clearly. Our Voluson ultrasound machine is the number one choice for prenatal care and a healthier choice for expecting mothers.

Carla D. Stanton
Founder, CEO, R.D.M.S
Carla earned her degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography at West Coast Ultrasound Institute and completed her externship and training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at White Memorial Hospital.
She is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer with a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists
As the Founder & CEO of Twinkle Twinkle My Little Star, Carla’s primary focus is prenatal ultrasound and the well being of the expecting mother and her baby. She has years of experience in ultrasound and caring for expecting women. As a mother herself, she offers her expecting families a unique experience throughout their pregnancies and works with physicians, and medical professionals to help them manage their pregnancies as healthy as possible
Janelle Wilson
Lead Sonographer & Relationships Manager
Janelle earned her degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Platt College and completed her externship and training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Orange Diagnostic Ultrasound and Fetal Memories 2D/3D/4D Ultrasound.
Janelle received extensive training in Obstetrics & Gynecology with a High Risk OB-GYN Sonographer of 20 years during her externship. She is extremely knowledgeable & experienced in Obstetrics Imaging, as well as 3D/4D Imaging. She has been with Twinkle Twinkle My Little Star since 2021 and has scanned thousands of expecting mothers and their babies.
As the Lead Sonographer & Relationships Manager of Twinkle Twinkle My Little Star, Janelle’s primary focus is providing our expecting mother sand their families with the utmost respectful, caring, and memorable ultrasound experience. She truly cares about the health and well-being of each and every mother and their baby during the pregnancy. As a mother herself, who has also experienced pregnancy loss, she is able to offer her expecting families the most compassionate and memorable experience each and every time they come in. She is very loved by all of our expecting mothers that come in to visit us.
