About Us
We are an elective pregnancy clinic located in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2020 by a mother of two. We offer a range of prenatal services, from advanced 2D imaging to NIPT testing, all performed by educated, trained and registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers as well as registered nurses. These services are designed to support and enhance our expecting mother’s pregnancy journey.
Our mission is to provide every expecting mother with peace of mind in a space where she feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. We are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care to support a smooth and confident path to delivery.
Since opening our doors, we have had the privilege of caring for over 5000 expectant families, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community for years to come.

I would highly recommend Twinkle Twinkle my Little Star to all expecting mothers!! Every time my family came into town, they absolutely loved seeing our little one on the big screen. Janelle is amazing and takes the time to get all the perfect angles for 3D and 4D Ultrasounds. I ended up getting a video book at the end which shows the progression of my baby starting at 9 weeks until the end! It’s truly amazing.
This place is as charming as the name and photos suggest. I had an appnt with Janelle today for an ultrasound and a gender blood test.
First off, the space is adorable as well as being clean which is important to me. Janelle was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and warm.

I had the best experience and it’s all thanks to Twinkle Twinkle my little star! This is my first pregnancy and they provided some of the best imaging I’ve ever seen to be able to see my beautiful for baby girl. ❤️ The service is more than wonderful, they make you feel so comfortable. I now how forever memory’s not just through amazing ultrasound images but with my star plush. Can not recommend Twinkle Twinkle enough! We went for a gender confirmation and then again for two 4D ultrasounds and had the best experience each visit. Janelle was also so sweet and enthusiastic and quickly became our favorite ultrasound tech of our whole pregnancy journey!
Had my pregnancy confirmed in urgent care, but no heartbeat found and no ultrasound pics. After fighting with insurance to get an appt and being put off for a week out, I found Twinkle and was able to book a same day appointment. They were able confirm the heartbeat, which was a relief. Janelle was so warm and kind and the place is lovely. Highly recommended
I had such an amazing experience with Twinkle Twinkle My Little Star! The office is immaculate and the staff is very friendly. Carla is so sweet and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was able to see my baby girl and get more information that I usually don’t get at my OB-GYN plus extra time to see her. She gave me her measurements, weight and I was able to see that she has hair! I received color pictures of the ultrasound and a complimentary baby robe. You have the option to buy keychains with the ultrasound or a cute stuffed star with baby’s heartbeat, which are perfect to give the grandparents to be.
I have already recommended Twinkle Twinkle My Little Star to all my mommy to be friends.
Let me start off by saying the office is really nice I like the seating they have for when you bring family. I do recommend you arrive early for parking and paperwork they give you a 10 grace period after that they charge a fee of 25 $ . My overall experience felt very rushed I didn’t get a good clear image because my baby hands were covering face, if your not satisfied with the images they offer 20% off your next session which i found strange after paying 100 plus any add ons as far as key chains etc me personally I did not want to pay additional 80 bucks just to capture same image and feel rushed.
